We officially launched in early April 2024, and we are at the beginning of what we hope is a journey that will last for many decades to come.
Our goals and objectives are centralised around improving the social, emotional, wellbeing, health, and cultural strengthening of our Mitakoodi community, the Indigenous community of Cloncurry, and the northwest of Queensland through programs and projects.
We are currently seeking Partners, Funders, Supporters and Volunteers.

Donate today and help heal & strengthen our community through Mitakoodi Elders Council's various programs and services. You can make a difference to the lives of Mitakoodi people, local families, the Indigenous community and broader community of Cloncurry.

The Mitakoodi Elders Council (MEC) Aboriginal Corporation is not-for-profit, so all money donated will go directly into strengthening and upholding the services we deliver.
